The Immuno 1 Bloodprint test identified many of the foods that I suspected I was sensitive to. Also, other foods that I eat in regular smaller quantities that I wouldn’t have known were a problem if I hadn’t done this test.
Since avoiding my “positive foods,” many of my chronic symptoms have diminished or resolved. Identifying IgG antibodies, especially sub-classes 1 through 4, followed by avoidance of the indicated foods, can be instrumental in decreasing irritation and corresponding dysfunction in the gastrointestinal system. This can be a fundamentally effective initial step in addressing chronic illness of any kind. I would highly recommend this test to anyone with chronic illness as an initial step toward achieving better health.
