I am a family practice physician who has utilized the Immuno Labs’ food allergy testing for several of my patients over the past years. Usually, I chose those patients who presented with unusual “laundry lists” of symptoms, claiming that many other physicians had not been able to help them. Most of them benefited greatly from the recommended elimination diets.

I am in excellent physical condition and have always followed a high protein/low carbohydrate diet, doing yoga several times weekly. Once I turned 58, I started to notice that I was having afternoon fatigue, difficulty sleeping and some mild depression, which I thought were due to work stress. I initially gave up caffeine, sugar, and wheat and noticed some improvement. I then decided to test myself with the Immuno 1 Bloodprint IgG ELISA 115 Food Sensitivity Assay. To my surprise, I tested positive for allergies to several foods which were large parts of my everyday diet, such as cheese, milk, eggs, and yeast. After just one month of following the elimination diet, I not only had more energy and improved moods, but I was sleeping through the night and had fewer cravings, swollen and watery eyes. Now that I have been following the diet for 3 months, the grand total on my symptom checklist has gone from 15 to 1.

Although it does take some effort to change old habits and learn to prepare alternative foods, the rewards are remarkable and very worthwhile. Since I have had this experience myself, I have been food allergy testing more of my patients who do not seem to respond adequately to conventional medical treatments.

This letter serves as a summary of my experience with lmmuno Laboratories and their lmmuno 1 Bloodprint for food allergies.

This pane was done off serum for evaluation for antibodies present to certain foods. This was my first antibody profile performed off of serum.
The results were interesting as there were foods present (positive) that I had no idea may be causing some of my health issues. Foods like almonds, tomatoes, and pepper; were foods that I thought were fine for me and did not contribute to the GI issues that are present sometimes. There were also foods on the list that I knew was a problem such as mushrooms and cow’s milk. Beginning the elimination diet/substitution was relatively easy due to the information that was included in the packet I received. There were recipes and helpful reminders and information that made the transition relatively painless. In a few short weeks, I noted improvement in my GI symptoms and an overall feeling of better health and stamina.
Being curious the next step was to challenge some of the foods that I felt were not a problem and did not need to be removed in the first place. Tomatoes were the first to be added back in; only to be met with the same GI symptoms that had lessened over the previous weeks. In this instance, a food that I felt had no problems what so ever, was a major contributor to my health concerns.

In conclusion, this panel has been extremely helpful for me in determining the underlying food allergies contributing to my health.

I have known for years that my eating certain foods cause, at times, extremely uncomfortable gut reactions. I had abdominal distention and pain, which would begin shortly after eating and last until I could lie down. Since this was something that I could count on happening several times a week I thought it was “normal for me.”

When I heard about the Immuno 1 Bloodprint test at a medical seminar, I felt it was definitely worth doing. From the beginning, I was very impressed with the extremely efficient and friendly support staff who went out of their way to make sure I understood everything. There was also a quick turnaround time with test results.
Since being on the eating program, I have not had any episodes of abdominal discomfort. After the initial 30 days, when I tried eating something to which I was allergic, the abdominal pain started again. I quickly switched back to the “safe foods” and the symptoms disappeared.
We, at the AntiAging & Family Wellness Clinic, are more than happy to provide this service to our patients as we feel this will help them on their road to wellness, just as it has helped me.

As a young healthcare provider, I aim to serve as an example to my patients both in and out of the clinical setting. I truly try to live by the words “practice what you preach,” especially since the office I work out of is weaving in more of a functional medicine perspective. The more I dive into functional medicine, the more I truly understand how much of an impact our nutrition has on our overall health. Before my medical training, I was able to build a correlation between eating well and feeling well; however, that was a rudimentary understanding that was not yet well-informed.

Food allergies and intolerances were always a grey area for me outside of IgE-mediated anaphylaxis related to peanuts, shellfish, or another defined allergy. The notion that food sensitives would manifest as dermatological or neurological concerns was an abstract concept to me. My physician assistant curriculum never touched on this, yet neither did any of my colleagues who were trained under the conventional medicine model.

Overall I eat a lower carbohydrate, near paleo-esque style diet and have eliminated some digestive and energy-level concerns. Despite that, I would notice random rashes or pimple outbreaks despite not having acne since I was in my mid-teens. Also, I would notice chronic sinus congestion and post-nasal drip despite no major evidenced environmental allergies confirmed. I would use herbal remedies and other tactics which would help yet I would never achieve full resolution. At that point, I stumbled across Immunolabs and their Blueprint testing for food sensitivities. I decided to complete my profile to determine if things included in my diet were causing the aforementioned issues. I learned of several intolerances to foods I would consume intermittently, but some to foods I consumed almost daily. This was a stark revelation for me since I had been eating under the aforementioned guidelines.

I started to eliminate most of the offending foods and noticed that my sinus congestion had completely resolved. Breathing through my nose was finally possible. Also, I noticed my skin was much clearer as I cleaned my nutrition up further.

Despite completing this, most of my patients are still skeptical about this type of testing. They are typically not aware of it and believe that it is semi-quackery. As I continue to practice medicine, I will advocate for food sensitivity testing as a means to resolve seemingly non-responsive health issues.

Thank you lmmuno Labs for the valuable information and support you have given not only me but also my family, on our journey to better health!

After researching a few companies that provided food sensitivity testing, Immuno Laboratories was recommended to me by a colleague of mine. Before recommending any tests that they provided to my patients, I decided to take the test myself and experience the 90-day program. I ordered the lmmuno Bloodprint 154 test for myself and was shocked to find that I had positive reactions to 40 different foods, some of which I was consuming daily. In addition to the Immuno Bloodprint 154, I also ordered the tests for egg subfractions and dairy subfractions, so that I could find out if it was a particular subfraction that I was more sensitive to or not. So for the next 90 days, I was going to eliminate the foods that I was sensitive to as best as I could. Before I started the 90-day program, the symptoms that were bothering me the most included digestive issues (gas, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, and belching), irritability and occasional mood swings, lack of energy (fatigue, lethargy, and sluggishness), skin issues (horrible eczema and hair loss), and weight issues (cravings, excessive weight, and water retention).

On my initial symptom survey, I had a combined total score of 66. Throughout my 90 days, I followed the program as best as I could. I’ll admit, it was pretty tough at first, but after the first 2-3 weeks, it got a little bit easier. I would say I eliminated about 90% of the foods I was sensitive to. Every 30 days, I would retake the symptom checklist and my scores decreased from the initial 66 to 41, then 28, and then 12. My skin and weight issues improved about 75%, but the most noticeable differences for me were the digestive issues and the lack of energy. My digestive issues are all pretty much gone and I now have the energy to work out every day and more importantly, to keep up with my two toddlers. Over the last 90 days, I’ve lost 5 pounds, dropped 4 dress sizes, and I’m sure I’ve put on some muscle too. I participate daily in Crossfit and my personal record numbers have increased about 20-30% for many of the weighted movements, powerlifting, and Olympic lifting.

I also want to share the story of my 3-year-old daughter. It was her symptoms that prompted me to look into different food sensitivity tests. My daughter would occasionally complain that her “belly hurts.” There wasn’t much of anything else that accompanied that, such as diarrhea or constipation. This went on for a few weeks and then after about a month, it started to get more frequent. She was complaining every day about 4-5 times a day. I started to play with food eliminations but was confused about where and which ones to start with. Her symptoms got so severe that she would wake up 1-2 times a night and cry that her “belly hurts.” I ordered the Immuno Bloodprint 154 for her and she came back with 42 food sensitivities, with eggs and dairy being the most reactive. I had ordered the egg and milk subfraction tests for her as well to see the individual components. We immediately eliminated those 2 things and started to work on eliminating some of the other ones too. In less than a week, her symptoms started improving. By about the 3rd week, I wasn’t hearing her say that her “belly hurts” anymore. As a parent, it’s so hard to not feel helpless when your child tells you they are in pain and you can’t or don’t know what to do to make it go away.

I am thankful for these food sensitivity tests and the wealth of information that it has provided us in knowing more about our bodies and how certain foods react in each one of us. Thank you so much Immuno Labs!

This is my testimony for Immuno 1 Bloodprint by Immuno Laboratories. I have had chronic gastro-intestinal problems for the last six or seven years associated with fatigue. I have tried everything from numerous supplements, cleanses, special diets, yoga, etc. Nothing gave me relief. My naturopath suggested that I get my blood checked for delayed food hypersensitivity and said that your lab was the only one he uses because of its accuracy. After omitting those foods that your labs said I was sensitive to, my symptoms rapidly improved over about a week or so. In fact, I was a bit skeptical and even tried re-introducing one of the foods I was reactive to and my symptoms came back only to subside once again after omitting it a second time. Immuno 1 Bloodprint is truly the missing key that I was looking for in alleviating my chronic GI problems and fatigue.

I would like to share one of my most recent patient success stories. I have been treating a middle-aged man for chronic neck and joint pain on and off for the last year. Recently he asked me if there was anything I could do for stomach discomfort that has bothered him since he was a child. The patient went on to tell me that his stomach pain is always in the morning and slowly subsides throughout the day. I told the patient, although I am not a G.I. specialist, that it sounds like his body was causing some form of a toxic reaction in his system. I suggested we draw blood and do a food allergy test. Needless to say, this man’s allergy to eggs was off the charts. He told me he eats 3 to 4 eggs every morning and has been doing so since he was a kid. I told him to immediately stop eating eggs and to follow the rotation diet that your lab suggested. Several months had passed since I saw the man for his follow-up. He stated that shortly after eliminating the eggs from his staple diet, he hasn’t had any stomach discomfort or neck and joint pain like he used to. After seeing these types of similar results with other patients that I have tested, I am truly convinced of its accuracy and would not hesitate to recommend it to my colleagues.

Before I took the food allergy panel from Immuno Laboratories, I was experiencing constant headaches, various stomach problems, wasn’t able to sleep well, and had a general sense of feeling bad/groggy on a day-to-day basis. I had been to several doctors for my headaches, stomach, and sleeping problems for over ten years. No one could do anything that helped these constant problems, even when given various medications of various strengths. Dr. Brando had suggested that I take a food allergy panel to see if it relieved any of the problems I was having. I was very skeptical of what this test would be able to do for me that so many doctors and specialists, weren’t able to do. I never really ate poorly. I had pretty much eaten the same thing every day during the week, and what I ate on weekends varied slightly. I didn’t think the results would have that great of an effect on my day-to-day life.

I was very wrong. I noticed within the first two weeks of following the suggested diet my headaches were completely gone. Within the next month or so, I noticed my stomach problems had practically become non-existent and I was sleeping for longer periods. After a few more weeks, I generally felt better: more energy, a better quality of sleep, no debilitating headaches during the day. Every major problem I was having seemed to be alleviated by making the small changes in my diet as instructed by the Immuno laboratory results. After I had completed the 90 days, I felt like a new person. Once the holidays came, for about a week or two I didn’t follow the diet as strictly and I can honestly say my body felt the difference. I was very shocked to see that the small changes I made to what I ate drastically changed how I felt on a day-to-day basis. I am very happy I got to take this food allergy panel. Without the results, I would have never figured out and relieved all these symptoms that so many doctors had missed.

After having followed the recommendations given by Immuno labs and their Immuno 1 Bloodprint, I was pleased to discover that everything that they had claimed would happen did. In particular, my digestion and energy levels improved. I also discovered that Immuno Labs was an originator of many assays for food allergy testing. Accuracy has always been the challenge with food allergy testing. However, in my case, the accuracy of testing proved itself. It came up with different recommendations and clinical results than I have gotten through other labs. Simply by removing the “correct” offending agents, the burden is taken off of the digestive and immune systems. As Leonardo da Vinci once said, “If you do not rest upon the good foundation of nature, you will labor with little honor and less profit.” How true when applied to accurate food allergy testing. What great advice for all physicians. I would highly recommend that all physicians and their patients contact Immuno Labs to get their Immuno 1 Bloodprint.

I had a food allergy test done. When I got the test, I had a lot of questions throughout the process. Kinsey, the wonderfully positive person who I am dealt with, got back to me very quickly! I felt like every day I had more questions about an elimination/rotation diet and what they did for my personal needs. I simply emailed her and she answered all of my questions, no matter how minor.
They also gave me links so I could search out other meal options. This would have been a struggle without their help. I am very grateful and would recommend them, especially Kinsey, to anyone!
