With the holiday season drawing to a close and the New Year upon us, it’s natural to look back on the last year and reflect on things we’ve done well and identify some areas where improvement might be necessary. It’s an opportunity to look forward to the coming year and visualize what you plan to do with this blank slate. How can you best improve? Are you setting a resolution for 2016? HCIM is. In this coming year we plan to take our Corporate Culture of Purposeful Leadership to the next level. In order to raise the bar let’s first look back and see how well we actually walked the talk in 2015.
If you’re unfamiliar with HCIM’s culture of Purposeful Leadership, it is simply integrity, honesty, and effectiveness. This is who we are and what we are about, both personally and professionally. The Leadership Team are the guardians and care takers of this culture and we are all challenged to put these principals into action in our everyday lives – including charitable giving financially and through acts of service. This is the standard that is set for all members of the HCIM family of colleagues. Part of this culture is being good stewards of our success and by giving back to the communities in which we live and work, our professional and personal lives are in turn enriched. HCIM also encourages all colleagues to donate through the company’s Charity Donation Match Program.
As an organization HCIM donated over $20,000 to many charitable organizations all across the nation through our Corporate Giving Program in 2015. This is proof positive of the Purposeful Leadership culture at work and we are very happy with the successes we’ve seen.
