Thomas Streeter possesses over 34 years of software development expertise, 20 years of which have been dedicated to the health care industry. He is an accomplished software program architect and developer, as well as a gifted manager and respected custom applications consultant. His management skills are integral in his success with application development projects. Streeter is currently HCIM’s Technology Officer and the HIPAA Privacy Security Officer.

In recent years, Streeter has garnered extensive knowledge through his direct focus upon health care claims adjudication systems and allied support tools. Streeter earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Chico. Through continuing post-graduate studies, he has completed certification training in software and programming tools.

Streeter serves on the Boards of Directors for HealthCare Information Management, Inc. and Singing Feather Ministries. He is actively involved in leadership at Sanctuary Ministries. Streeter continues to be an active member of the Concord, Calif. community in which he has resided for the past three decades.
