Kass Mahdi is an experienced executive with a 28-year background in managing and supporting enterprise software implementation, business process improvement, strategic planning, business systems analysis, and client relations. He has a successful track record of crafting strategy that leverages technology to support business goals, as well as experience with global operations including off-shore IT support models, hosting and business process outsourcing. He was a contributing author to the publication, “Out of Site: An Inside Look at HR Outsourcing.” He has worked with all areas of health plans and human resources, under multiple IT deployment models and platforms.

Prior to joining HCIM, Mahdi spent eight years at DST Health Solutions where he improved client satisfaction in multiple key accounts by aligning service delivery to client needs across Consulting and Project Management, BPO operations, and Product Development. He concluded his time there as Director for Client Services.

Mahdi attended The Ohio State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering and an MBA from the Fisher College of Business. Mahdi has served on the boards of two non-profit organizations serving the senior community in Columbus, Ohio – Senior Independence, where he was Assistant Treasurer and chaired the Finance committee, and Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Systems, where he was a board member for 18 years.
